Brothers Cristian Mendez ( Guary ) and Cleyton Mendez began their musical career in January of 1998. Recording and performing together at different colleges in their hometown of Providence. The group developed and a strong enough following to create a greater demand for live performances. They soon began performing at local Latin Festivals as well as making special appearances on local radio and television. taking over the airwaves. Source Magazine took notice and featured the group in an article praising them for their success as independent artists. Their success as Writers and producers had won Guary and Cleyton a distinguished reputation within the Hurban community. The brothers were quickly called upon to collaborate with artists such as D.O.S.E from Fulanito, Henry Jimenez (Homeboys), Psyco-les from The Beatnuts, Tego Calderon, El Jeffrey, Magic juan, Mala Fe, Zion, Julian (Oro Duro), Og black & Master Joe, Wilfrido Vargas, Grupo Canela, DJ Camilo (LIBERTAD MIXTAPE), La Chant for Neta for (el Vacilon la mega 97.9 FM ), Raul Cela and freddie foxxx aka Bumpy Knuckels and Liqui Loco Major record labels were also familiar with Guary and Cleyton..s talent. Their upcoming album debut titled "INTERNATIONAL FLOW" is scheduled for release late this year under J&N/SONY/BMG "It's a Rap Records" and features a mix of salsa fused with bachata, merengue and reggaeton. A definite highlight on Guary and Cleyton is ..En Sueños.. a mellow R&B track with a reggaeton beat featuring El Jefrey.
